HIPAA and Sensitive Data

Our Services are not HIPAA-compliant and are not intended to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). You agree that:

  • All clinical communications should be conducted through secure, compliant channels outside the platform.
  • You will not share, upload, or store PHI on any Nutrishify-hosted service.
  • Nutrishify does not monitor user content for PHI and does not assume responsibility for any disclosures made through improper use.
  • Nutrishify does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and is not acting as a Business Associate under HIPAA.

User Content  

  • You grant us a license to use any information or content you post
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying is strictly prohibited
  • We may use your deidentified contributions for any purpose
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of info you provide
  • You agree not to post content that violates the privacy, safety, or intellectual property of others.
  • You acknowledge that some content on the platform may be AI-generated, community-submitted, or curated from third-party sources. Nutrishify makes reasonable efforts to curate and present information responsibly but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or applicability to any specific clinical or professional context.

  • Our liability related to the Services will not exceed $50

  • We may revise these Terms at our sole discretion. You are responsible for reviewing updates.

Refund Policy


We offer a 30-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to request a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. After 30 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
