Initial Consult – $95

During this 60-minute session, we explore your health history, concerns, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle. Diving in, we will work to uncover root causes while also discussing your goals and preferences.

Follow up Visit – $75

In this 60-minute follow-up, we’ll review your personalized plan and recommendations, including suggestions for diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes. You’ll receive tools and resources to pave your way towards success.

Professional Bio

Dana spent the first 16 years of her career working in the mental health field as a counselor supporting patients who experienced a variety of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. After experiencing trauma of her own in the form of a traumatic brain injury, she began to experience similar struggles of anxiety and depression which then led to a diet that disrupted her hormones. In her quest to not become dependent on medications, she sought out more holistic therapies beginning with yoga. She began her yoga journey in a wheelchair and from there found healing and ultimately became a yoga teacher. She also leaned on fitness as a therapy for brain and body. This opened the doors to more training as a health coach and ultimately back to school to pursue the science of nutrition.

She finds that her work as a Medical Nutrition Therapist is able to draw from her previous work in mental health as well as her own lived experience to offer compassion and empathy. She practices nutrition from an integrative approach understanding that health and wellness is more than just what we put in our mouths to eat, but also what we put in our minds, what we put on our bodies, how we move, how we sleep and the health of our relationships and spirituality.
