Mold Detox Diet – Module 2 Dietary Considerations
In this series of lessons, we will discuss the foods you need to avoid that cause inflammation in the body and prevent the cells from detoxifying. You will learn how to switch from unhealthy foods to foods that are nutrient dense and lower overall inflammation allowing for detoxification of all of your organs. Included is information about Advanced Glycated End Products or AGEs for short, which are very inflammatory that are in some foods and are creating with some cooking styles. You will learn how to avoid the foods that contain a high concentration of AGEs and cooking methods to reduce the formation of them in your body.

Dr. Gail Clayton, DCN, CNS, MS, RPh is a Registered Pharmacist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Adjunct Professor of Biochemistry and Functional Medicine. She holds a Master and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Nutrition. In addition, she has a thriving functional medicine practice in Houston, TX and online.
