You will learn how the mold toxins, in addition to other toxins you are exposed to, cause a burden on your detox system overloading it. Your toxic load depends on your antioxidant status and your body’s ability to detoxify. We will discuss all the things that contribute to your toxic load making your body a toxic dumpsite! You will also learn about the impact that mycotoxins and chemicals have on our hormones and learn strategies on how to reduce exposure to lower your toxic load and how to switch to safer products and what labels to look for! Let’s get started on your road to recovery!
